23.8 inch 1920x1080 capacitive touch TFT display module

HTM-H238A1-HI-A01C23.8-inch 1920x1080 capacitive touch TFT display module is a high-performance TFT LCD device designed for harsh industrial environments. This product adopts 1920×1080 full HD resolution, with 300 candela/m2 extreme brightness and 20,000 hours long-life backlight technology, ensuring clear and sharp images in strong light environments. Its wide viewing angle characteristics (typical value U/D/L/R 89°) support multi-angle viewing and meet the needs of multi-station collaboration in industrial sites.

The product provides dual power supply solutions, compatible with DC 12V or AC 110~240V input, and adapts to the power configuration of different industrial scenarios. In terms of interface design, HDMI 1.4a, VGA and DVI three-way video input interfaces can be flexibly adapted to various industrial equipment (note that the three channels cannot be recognized at the same time), and are equipped with USB driver-free capacitive touch screen interfaces. The touch screen adopts the G+G solution, with high sensitivity, mature and reliable technology, supports multi-touch operation, and significantly improves the efficiency of human-computer interaction.

The 23.8 inch 1920x1080 capacitive touch TFT display module structure adopts a panel embedded installation design, and only 4 screws are needed to fix the PCB board to complete the assembly, greatly simplifying the installation and maintenance process. We also provide users with a metal bracket fixed to the front. When using it, users can first fix the bracket to the wall, and then hang the monitor to the metal accessory slot. The operating temperature range of this product is -0~+50℃, and it has a storage temperature tolerance of -20~+60℃, ensuring stable operation in harsh environments.

In terms of compatibility, 23.8 inch 1920x1080 capacitive touch TFT display module fully supports all operating systems from DOS/Windows98 to Win10 and embedded platforms such as Embedded/Linux, meeting the upgrade needs of industrial automation systems. The body integrates audio input/output interfaces, and the back layout includes an independent power switch, signal indicator light and OSD function key group (menu/confirm/up and down adjustment). The coexistence of DC power socket and AC power socket provides redundant protection for equipment power supply.
